IT firm to help small business

A US information technology company is helping people with low incomes to become ‘internet entrepreneurs’.

Andalé, the online auction business management company, is working with community service organizations in California. The non-profit project, which is currently running as a pilot, includes basic training on how to start a home-based business. Participants who complete this training can apply for help with start-up finance. The full programme will begin in July.
