Younger employees are less likely to take an ethical approach in the workplace than older ones, a poll has shown. The Ipsos Mori survey of 791 UK employees, carried out on behalf of the Institute of Business Ethics, found staff aged 16 to 34 were ‘significantly over-represented’ in the least ethical group of employees.
