Chinese authority publishes CSR indices

CSR guidelines with 60 indices have been published for businesses by the local authority in the Wuxi municipality of Jiangsu, China.

The indices, covering mainly labour relations, resource conservation, honest management and social welfare, will be assessment standards for companies. Support, including loan guarantees and technology transformation subsidies, will be offered to those that become high CSR achievers. Ten high-performing companies will be the first batch to receive the offers this year.
