Prudential's recently created social responsibility unit is expected to reach a full staff complement of five, its head Claire Hitchcock has said. The unit, which is currently recruiting a community involvement executive, was set up this year to manage the UK's largest life insurer's strategies on social responsibility and ethical investment.
