Daimler has created a sustainability board within its top management. The board, which will meet at least four times a year, consists of senior executives from various departments. Administrative support will be provided by the German car manufacturer’s CSR and sustainability office. In addition, representatives from all business units will join an ‘extended board’ to discuss group-wide corporate responsibility matters.
