Triodos Bank has created a venture capital fund to invest in social enterprises. The Dutch bank’s Triodos Opportunities Fund will invest between £200,000 and £750,000 ($372,000–$1.4m) in individual social enterprises with a proven business model. The fund raised almost £3million in its first round, which has just closed.
