One in three British employees do not consider their employers treat them 'fairly', according to a new Fairness Index survey of more than 1000 individuals at all company levels commissioned by GoodCorporation. Those working for professional service firms were most likely to feel their employers did not treat them fairly overall, especially on pay. The survey, which allowed respondents to come to their own definition of what was 'fair', looked at how people felt about their treatment as employees under 25 headings, including internal communications, work/life balance, appraisals and training.
