WSP has expanded its business by acquiring the Sydney-based environmental project management consultancy Fitzwalter Group.
WSP, a global consultancy specializing in managing business-related environmental issues and offering sustainable solutions, has about 80 staff in six offices. The Fitzwalter acquisition brings WSP’s combined revenue to A$16million ($13.9m, £6.9m).
Earl Eddings, managing director of WSP Environmental in Australia, said: ‘The expertise of the Fitzwalter team provides an excellent fit with WSP and offers our clients a broader suite of services.’
