A new €4.5million ($5.9m, £3m) project has been set up to consider how institutional investors can be further encouraged to adopt socially responsible investment strategies. The research has been commissioned by Mistra, the Sweden-based Foundation for Strategic Environmental Research, and will be carried out by Evert Carlsson at Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law and Lars Hassel at Umea School of Business at Umea University, both in Sweden.
