SAM Group, the Swiss business that manages the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, has been taken over by Robeco, the Rotterdam-based asset manager. Robeco has acquired a 64 per cent stake in SAM, which set up the DJSI with Dow Jones Indexes and STOXX.
