Nine investment banks have formed the Interbank Accessibility Group to 'develop best practice in the employment of disabled people'. They are Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and UBS.
