About €1 trillion ($1.9tn, £6.7billion) is now invested in European SRI funds, reports the European Social Investment Forum. The statistics are for what Eurosif calls 'broad SRI', defined as funds that operate ethical exclusions, positive screens and forms of engagement. Eurosif says that since 2003 there has been a 36 per cent growth in assets under such management.
