Alan Stubbs, former vice-president of government and public affairs at the Canadian nickel mining company Inco, has been appointed vice-chair of Canadian Business for Social Responsibility. The membership organization and consultancy also has two new board members – Kaz Flinn, vice-president of government affairs and CSR at Scotiabank, and Rob Moore, who is a former vice president at the Hudson’s Bay Company.
