Craig Mackenzie, Insight Investment’s head of investor responsibility, is to become head of business ethics at the new Centre for Ethics in Public Policy and Corporate Governance at Glasgow Caledonian University. Mackenzie’s research and engagement work at Insight will pass to Rory Sullivan, with the governance and voting brief going to William Claxton-Smith.
