The Ethical Tea Partnership has expanded its London team with the appointment of two new managers. Julia Kilbourne, who has experience of ethical supply chain management in African horticulture, has been named project manager to develop new programmes, while Francis Meynell, a researcher specializing in sustainable development, has become audit manager with responsibility for liaising on worker welfare and employment conditions with tea estates that supply ETP member companies. The ETP is an alliance of major tea packing companies working on ethical sourcing.
