Swedish construction group Skanska has appointed Noel Morrin as senior vice-president of sustainability. He succeeds Axel Wenblad, who moved to become director-general of Sweden's national fisheries board this year. Morrin, who will be based in Stockholm, was previously group environment director at mixed concrete producer RMC, which was taken over by Cemex a year ago.
