A small point from your recent issue (EP7 issue 1, p10). You describe YTL Power International, the owner of Wessex Water, as a "faceless" Malaysia-based concern. Francis Yeoh, the Managing Director, is certainly not a faceless character. He is extremely distinctive in the context of Malaysia and is very well known within the Asian utility industry. YTL Power and related companies are listed in Malaysia. There is nothing particularly secretive or restrained about his style.
